Sessun is looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for their corner in the department Store Kadewe in Berlin . • Start date : ASAP • 16 Hours / week • Type of contract: one-year contract • 15€ to 16€ per hour depending on profile Our Offer • Bonus on achieving the sales target monthly • Seasonal free wardrobe Your role • Ensure the customer journey • Meet the challenge of KPIs and targets. • Develop our customer database • Implement visual merchandising and organisation of the front and back of the shop following standards and guidelines FR/IND Your profile : • You are a fashion enthusiast, creative, and customer-oriented sales advisor with several successful retail experience ( at least 2 years ) • Will to develop, strong team spirit • German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
