People Business Partner / HR Generalist (*all genders)

If you enjoy partnering closely with leaders, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and believe that great people build great companies, we'd love to hear from you! • Advise and support managers on all people-related and employment law matters for an assigned area within the Central Region (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland). • Coach leaders and support employee conversations, performance management, and change initiatives. • Manage the recruitment process for specialist and leadership positions. • Prepare and administer employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and other HR documentation. • Maintain employee master data and ensure accurate and compliant HR administration. • Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll data in close collaboration with the payroll function. • Monitor personnel costs and prepare relevant HR metrics, reports, and analyses. • Provide support across a broad range of HR topics, initiatives, and people-related projects.
